LBD's Sure-Fire Universal Pseudo-Logarithmic Habit Implementation Scheme for Those with Minimal Will Power:
Step 1. Perform action A X times per time increment B, for X number of Bs.
Step 2. Increase the value of X by 1 and repeat step 1.
Step 3. Repeat step 2 as necessary.
A - the action (or omission) that you are having trouble developing into (or dropping as) a regular habit should be specifically defined (examples: "do not eat sweets" or "brush teeth before bed").

B - the time increment (i.e., one week, one month, etc.) should stay constant for the duration of the scheme.

X - a starting value of 1 works best.
