Been battling a cold all week, think I'm on the mend now. I'm impatient and cranky when I'm sick, in addition to feeling like crud, so this is good news. Haven't been to the gym since Monday, though ... I do have my gym stuff here at work, but I think I'll forego it another day. Maybe I'll walk part of the way home instead.

Relaxing weekend ahead, I think ... Nic is off, but has a few school commitments, and there's a family get-together tomorrow night. Other than that, I'm looking forward to some time with her. Maybe some furniture shopping.
