you better think ... think about what you're tryin' to do to me

I've been cracking down hard at work all this week on a project I want to complete for one of my bosses ... alas, he leaves at noon today and I won't have a proposed final draft for him by then. No worries, he'll be back in a week, so it gives me some extra time to "polish it" (read: "actually do it").

This, plus my excitement over actually DOING THE MOVE ON SUNDAY, have made me pretty much useless in the office today.

And of course, I'm debating over in christianity again. The topic this time is omniscient being vs. man's free will: who wins?

(Despite all of the scriptural references in the original post, the debate I'm having in the comments seems to be based pretty much on bare logic.)

I haven't thought about this in a long time, I think since college. My own personal take is that the two can't coexist ... in other words, if there is an omniscient being, man's free will is illusory (or, if man has free will, the being's omniscience is illusory).

Anyone have any thoughts? Please feel free to chime in here. I'm curious.
