I got bored studying last night, so I made some little LJ Santa userinfo dudes.

For comparison, here's the standard LJ userinfo dude:
littlebluedog

#1, gave him a little Santa hat:
</a></b></a>littlebluedog

#2, made his shirt red:
</a></b></a>littlebluedog

#3, added a little beard:
</a></b></a>littlebluedog

Feel free to use them if you like ... they're here:

I'm no HTML wiz, so incorporating them into the code was a bit tricky for me. Here's how I did it ...

1. Highlight and copy this chunk of text and paste it into a new entry:
<span class='ljuser' style='white-space: nowrap;'><a
href='http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=USERNAME'><img
src='IMAGE' alt='[info]' width='17' height='17' style='vertical-align:
bottom; border: 0;' /></a><a href='http://www.livejournal.com/users/USERNAME/'><b>USERNAME</b></a></span>

2. Replace "USERNAME" with the desired LJ username, and "IMAGE" with the location of the image. Don't hotlink to mine; feel free to download the one(s) you want to use and upload to your own image server.

3. Wassail heartily.

NOTE: I yanked the HTML above from the code LJ generates when you use the <lj user> tag, so it might contain extraneous stuff. If anyone has a better way to write it, please comment!

There are probably a couple coms for these little guys, but I don't even know what they're called ("info icons," maybe?) If you know of one, let me know, I'll post them there. :)

Merry Christmas!
